TERIYAKI CHICKEN
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Canola Oil Spray
- 500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced
- 1 Onion (160 g), sliced
- 1 Red Capsicum (200 g), deseeded & sliced
- 100 g Snow Peas, trimmed & halved
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- 1 MasterFoodsâ„¢ Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry Recipe Base
- 1 cup dry Rice
HOW TO COOK
- 1. Heat oil in wok on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned.
- 2. Add veggies and cook until soft.
- 3. Add soy sauce and Recipe Base, stir through and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Meanwhile cook rice and serve with your MasterFoodsâ„¢ Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry.
For Something Different: Turn it up a notch! Add 1 tsp of MasterFoods™ Granulated Garlic.
